Expert Roofing Services in New Canaan, CT, for Historic Estates and Mid-Century Modern Homes

Historic Restorations in Silvermine & Flat Roof Repair for Ponus Ridge

Preserving the antique homes of The Village and Silvermine requires meticulous historic roof restorations, expertly fixing sagging roof decks and failing antique masonry with authentic Natural Slate, Hand-Split Cedar Shakes, and custom Copper Half-Round Gutters. In contrast, the iconic mid-century modern marvels in The Glass House District and Ponus Ridge frequently suffer from severe water ponding and membrane blistering on flat architectural profiles. To protect these unique structures, we provide advanced residential flat roof leak detection and install seamless EPDM and TPO membranes with concealed tapered insulation systems for flawless, invisible drainage.

High-Wind Defenses on Oenoke Ridge & Ice Dam Solutions in Talmadge Hill

The sprawling, high-elevation estates along Oenoke Ridge and Smith Ridge are highly vulnerable to extreme high-wind events and complex flashing failures, demanding our large-scale, full-system roof replacements featuring Ultra-Premium Designer Shingles and full-deck Ice & Water Shield. In wooded commuter hubs like Talmadge Hill, Brushy Ridge, and the Waveny Park Area, heavy tree canopies cause ugly black algae streaks and devastating ice dams during winter. We eliminate these suburban threats by installing Algae-Resistant (AR) Architectural Shingles, Heavy-Duty Gutter Protection, and performing major attic ventilation overhauls with continuous ridge vents.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Rick and his team went above and beyond. His pricing was competitive vs. peers and the level of workmanship was terrific. We needed a full roof replacement. I must say It was run like a military operation from the start. The program managers Neil and Lou spent time going over what was needed and what to expect. Shingles, Skylights and other various shrink wrapped material showed up at 7:30 on a Monday morning. A team of 9 came at 8, tarps were out, and the dumpster was here by 9am. By late Tuesday afternoon the new roof and skylights were installed and they were in cleanup mode. During that 2-day period Rick came onsite 3 times to ensure the work was getting done up to his standards. Synthetic roofing paper, ice shield and shingle were all installed, along with roof vents, skylights and copper around the chimneys. (real craftsman bending copper). Top notch quality job all around. Paul, Rick's gutter guy came on Wednesday. He and his team did a top notch job as well removing, fabricating and installing.

Very satisfied customer!!!
